The Human Enterprise and Development Strategy Template for Assessment Review with Tutorial (HEADSTART) accreditation is designed to help smaller organisations create a high quality, sustainable human development organisation. It is especially useful for startups, SMEs and subsidiary organisations intending to build a solid foundation for future development.
The HEADSTART process allows leaders to create an effective, ethical and sustainable human development organisation, using a template of internationally accepted guidelines and practices.
In a nutshell, HEADSTART is a 6-month process with 2 Peer Reviewers servings as Tutors for the organisation’s Board of Directors. The starting point is a tutorial on human development and explanation of the template. The applicant then builds its strategy using AHDO guidelines with ongoing support until the strategy is ready for formal review and certification.
