The ASEAN Human Development Organisation (AHDO) held its General Meeting of Members in Jakarta on 31 July 2026. Members elected Yulius Setiawan Bulo as Chair by acclamation for the 2026–2028 term and approved the full Board he proposed. The decisions are recorded in a notarial deed before Notary Surjadi in Jakarta, reaffirmed on 8 September 2026 for registration with the Ministry of Law.

The General Meeting also gave the Chair a mandate to set up AHDO's working structure, including divisions, committees and working units, and to appoint their heads. The full organisational structure will be announced once it is finalised.
AHDO thanks outgoing Chair Pambudi Haju Tri Soenarsihanto and outgoing Treasurer Bernadette Rasita Ginting for their service.
The new Board will continue AHDO's mission of advancing human development across ASEAN, putting people at the centre of economic, social, cultural and ethical progress.
