HR Tech Festival Asia, organised by HRM Asia, celebrated its 21st year on May 10 – 13 by welcoming 5,050 HR practitioners, thought leaders and industry experts in-person and online to refresh and reimagine HR strategies for 2022 and beyond
The theme for 2022 was aptly set as Return, Refresh and Reimagine as organisations refresh and reimagine their HR strategies with employees returning to a redefined workplace. Throughout the week-long festival, the message to the attendees has been a clear one: HR must evolve and embrace new opportunities brought on by changing business needs, from digitalisation to strategic workforce planning and employee mental well-being.
Debuting this year is the ASEAN Human Development Organisation Summit, organised by AHDO and HRM Asia, where ASEAN’s national HR Association, senior human development professionals from across ASEAN, thought leaders and the ASEAN professional community discussed about establishing a balance of economic and human development to the most diverse region in the world.
